JustSo PictureWindow to 3 Conversion Utility

This command will convert a page full of JustSo PictureWindow 1 and 2 behaviors to JustSo PictureWindow 3 behaviors. (This utility will work on behaviors it finds in <img> tags, <a> tags and imagemap <area> tags.)
This utility is INCLUDED FREE with JustSo PhotoAlbum 3, so buy jspwTo3 only if you are NOT buying JustSo PhotoAlbum3 !

So what does this Conversion Utility do (and not do) exactly?
- All the jspw1 and 2 behaviors on the page (those within Editable
Regsions for Template-based pages) will be converted to jspw3
behaviors (which may mean that jspw1 behaviors which were
originally applied to <img> tags rather than to their
surrounding <a> tags
will be moved to those <a> tags - and <a> tags
will even be created for this purpose if necessary.) The
original Event type will be maintained ("onClick", "onMouseover" etc,
although onClick is preferred for cross-browser compatiblity.)
- The jspw1 and 2 scripts (either in the Head itself or its
call to an external script) will be removed from the Head
(unless there are remaining jspw1 or 2 function calls on the
page for example in nonEditable Regions).
- Note that this command is strictly designed to convert jspw1 and jspw2 behaviors to jspw3. It does NOT convert any jspw3 version 1.0 code on the page to version 1.4 code. For that you must also run the Jspw3-10to14 Conversion utility. Restated, if there are no version 1.0 jspw3 behaviors on the page, then To3 will add the very latest version, 1.4, of jspw3 to the page, and the jspw3-10to14 utility is not required at all. However, if there ARE version 1.0 jspw3 behaviors on the page, then you must convert them to the version 1.4 with the Jspw3-10to14 Conversion utility either before or after running the To3 Utility.
